Howard Distributors had its beginning when the late Howard G. Carter started the firm in his father’s automotive dealership in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1958. Five years later he started his own dealership in Vancouver, B.C. and moved to its present location in Burnaby, BC in 1969.
